I’ve always had a love for travel as true Sagittarius at heart. 🌍

But at one point, I had a realization that stopped me in my tracks…

I wasn’t really experiencing the places I was traveling to.

I was going from one hotel to another, still working, still tied to my business yet
just in a different location. As everyone was out having fun I was constantly glued to my laptop, either in my hotel room or going from cafe to cafe crossing my fingers they had good WIFI and a spot I could sit at all day.

That’s when it hit me one day in Italy...While I was in the hotel room working and my family was having fun without me…I said to myself- How can I setup my business so I can be Done by One and live my life!  What’s the point of building a business if you don’t actually get to enjoy your life?

Out of that moment (and honestly) a bit of desperation…
Done by One was created! 

I wanted a way to run my business without it running me.
To simplify everything.
To create systems that worked for me.

When you understand what’s working, what’s not, and how to leverage systems, automation, and AI, you stop spinning your wheels and start building real momentum.

That belief is what led me to create my 3-A Framework: Audit. Automate. AI.

But this didn’t come from theory…it came from experience.

I’ve been in real estate and mortgage since 2002, wearing just about every hat you can imagine, from Real Estate Agent to Real Estate Broker, Loan officer, Real Estate Instructor,  Mentor, Team Leader, Author, Speaker and Entrepreneur. I’ve built, scaled, and evolved multiple businesses, and along the way, I learned something that changed everything:
